Acceptance
By accessing or using MiraeCV ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Description of service
MiraeCV provides AI-powered resume and cover letter generation, resume parsing and rewrite tools, saved resumes, template editing, exports, job listings and browsing, job matching, company/job-posting research, and related career tools. The Service is provided "as is" and we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose.
Account
You may register via email/password or LinkedIn through Supabase Auth. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You may maintain only one account per person. You must provide accurate information and update it as needed.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws. You may not abuse the Service, attempt to circumvent usage limits, scrape or automate access in an unauthorized manner, or submit to the AI any content that is harmful, infringing, or that contains others’ confidential information without permission. We may suspend or terminate your access if we reasonably believe you have violated these terms or acceptable use.
Your content
You retain ownership of the content you submit (e.g. profile text, job descriptions, uploaded resumes, profile photos, and edited resume content) and of the content generated for you by the Service. By using the Service, you grant MiraeCV a limited, non-exclusive license to use, store, and process your content and generated content solely to provide, secure, operate, debug, and improve the Service, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
AI-generated content
Resumes, cover letters, rewrite suggestions, ATS scores, match analysis, and similar outputs produced by the Service may be generated by AI. We do not guarantee their accuracy, completeness, originality, legality, or suitability for any role or employer. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all content, including contact details, employment history, dates, metrics, and claims, before using it in applications. MiraeCV is not liable for outcomes (e.g. hiring decisions) that result from your use of AI-generated content.
Job listings
Job listings and company/job-posting research may be sourced from third parties or webpages you provide. We do not guarantee their accuracy, availability, completeness, or that any employer will respond or hire. Use of job listings and any applications you make are at your own risk.
Payment and refunds
Paid AI credit packs are one-time purchases processed by Stripe. Prices, credits, and currency are shown before checkout. Credits are for use inside MiraeCV only, have no cash value, and are not transferable. If a payment is refunded, reversed, disputed, or found to be fraudulent, we may remove or adjust the related credits. Taxes, fees, and payment processing are handled according to Stripe checkout and applicable law.
Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MIRAECV DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MIRAECV AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, AND EMPLOYEES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS (USD 100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS; IN SUCH CASES OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE MAXIMUM PERMITTED BY LAW.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MiraeCV and its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or any law.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time and may request account deletion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. We may retain or delete your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Cambodia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of Cambodia. If you are in a jurisdiction that requires a different governing law or forum, the foregoing applies only to the extent permitted.
Changes
We may change these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date. For material changes, we may provide notice by email or in-app. Continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
